Which rising boys' name do you love best? And even an 8wk us can be off by days, which is probably why doctors won't change due dates unless lmp and us are off by a week or more.
I had one embryo with fetal pole and heartbeat and one blighted ovum. Anyone out there had the same experience? Moving from a cot to a bed Video: DD2 was 3 weeks after, and DS was 3 days. At my last scan the lady told me they use the earliest one. As PP said usually earlier scans are more accurate but this can also depend on the skill of sonographer.
I would also not let my doctors move up my edd if I thought my accuracy of dating ultrasound at 12 weeks edd was correct because most doctors won't let you go past 42wks.

Everything ties in with my dates first day of last period, date of ovulation test, date of getting jiggy! Generally a dating scan before 12 weeks is most accurate because the growth up till then is more predictable ideally weeksafter that genetics, etc come in to play and there will be variation.

I had an early ultrasound while still with my family doc that was right at 6 weeks and the tech moved me back a week from my LMP due date. Have you gone back through your dates and double checked? What else will the dating scan reveal? My last bump was huge and from the extra growth scans I had they were predicting a 10 pound plus baby, right up until minutes before he was born by section.
