Also I have never seen a game where one team is all bots and the other is all human. Players would be given voice chat inside the raid and could add the random players after the raid is complete - thus having friends for the next Fireteam raid.

The normal mode is designed to teach players raid mechanics, and how to operate as a team. Those are both great resources! I'll add you to my list when I get home from work this week as by then my mic should be in the mail.
