I am considering dating a Transgender woman I have been talking to. Also, I want to state that I may be coming from a place of relative privilege, as a heterosexual trans woman, so please call me out if I am speaking out of turn.

I marched in pro-choice and gay rights marches in Washington at thirteen and fourteen…but had no one to turn to when I was getting beaten up and eventually crippled by violence against me at school. At this point, again, the key is communication.

Trans acceptance simply means understanding that not all women have uteri which is true for cis women as welland that not all people with uteri are men.

I in no way deny that you are a woman. Finding out the hard way that someone you love is not only lying to you but a former and recent prostitute.

Similarly, you cannot relate as you do not have that rule for dating a transgender woman. This was humiliating because if I had known I would have used a condom.

We already have gynophile for people who like vaginas. And BTW, having a negative reaction to one dick based on a trauma caused by another dick is not uncommon or to be disparaged.

Maria, you are assuming that as a young trans person I was accepted and did the normal guy things!! I can still remember when all this gender stuff was all wibbly wobbly gendery bendery too. But, we are to believe that none of this matters until they have some surgery, that not everyone can either afford or is capable of undergoing?
